In May this year Audi launched a new A3 model
This is their model that fits into the compact sized vehicles along with the BMW 1 series, the A&B class Mercedes, The Citroen DS4 and the Volvo V40.
This is the third generation of A3 cars. The first generation came onto the world market in 1996 with a three door hatch.
Since May the sales of the A3 in Australia have boomed with year to date volumes up 47% and for the month of August it is up a massive 169%. This has helped Audi overall be ahead by 13.5% average across all its models
Not content with this Audi has now added two variations to the A3 range. The quattro and a cylinder on demand, economical four cylinder.
