Audi sales in 2013 showed two distinct trends. Their smallish passenger car, the A3, boomed. Sales were up 93% on the previous year. But all there other passenger cars of various sizes, were down – most by more than 25%. The other trend was big improvements for Audi sales in SUVs particularly their smallest Q3.
But back to the A3. If sales were great last year they are likely to be better this year now that they have just launched a sedan version. Up until now, in Australia, A3s have only come in hatchbacks or convertibles.
